Peri fatigue and HRT
I suffer with debilitating
fatigue
in the week leading up to my period, v dizzy and spaced out. It could be an exacerbation of my RA, but just wondering if HRT may help with this so that I can persevere past the nausea. The
fatigue
is a real struggle.

Fatigue..again...Moderna jab?
Cold symptoms finally going after 2 weeks, but
fatigue
is keeping me flat out most afternoons, can't think or concentrate, missing book club, choir etc. Big question...Plough on with plenty of rest, or increase dose?GP says discuss with Rheumy, and predictably R says discuss with GP.

Anyway, my concern is this ongoing

"Deathly Fatigue!"
I am in the midst of tapering and was doing fine but that aptly named
fatigue
has hit. I guess there is nothing to do but stay the course. I'm urinating a lot, which I read is one side effect of lowering the pred dosage since made the body retain more water. Any magic bullets to suggest?

Extreme fatigue. Any solution?
This is wiping me out. Honestly. It tends to start at about 5 pm and lasts for about 2/3 hours. I used to take Whey protein to counter it but this appears to not hit the spot. I’m utterly exhausted when this phenomenon strikes and am wondering if anyone has any ideas? I take B1 daily (Superior Source

Fatigue
Good Day Everyone My question is, should I be feeling fatigued with lymphocytes around 43 and haemoglobin at 12.1 g/dl or could the
fatigue
be caused by some other blood deficiency such as iron or vitamin B12.

SAH recovery fatigue/anxiety
However, especially in the last month or so, I’ve been struggling massively with a combination of
fatigue
/ anxiety / financial pressure, and I guess, loneliness. I have two children (separated) who I see every other weekend.

Fatigue
Has anyone got any tips on how they manage the
fatigue
? When I speak with my Haematology Dr and I report
fatigue
, I feel that it's not taken seriously. I have an appointment with her in December and want to be armed with as much knowledge as I can get.

Did your fatigue diminish when you switched from hydroxyurea to a JAK2 inhibitor such as ruxolitinib?
However, since
fatigue
is a really major problem for my MF (calreticulin mutant), I would like to hear from those of you who have had the experience of taking a JAK2 inhibitor and whether or not that had an impact on your
fatigue
. Thanks!
