fatigue - sound familiar - all too familiar for most of us
There are 2 types of fatigue:
1. Central fatigue - this is the inability to even get started. It is difficult to initiate activities. It is often associated with cognitive impairment or 'brain fog'.
2. Peripheral fatigue - this is the feeling of your muscles just not letting you carry out tasks. The motivation is there but your arms and legs just don't let it happen.

Honestly it is so hard. Just really discouraging for me. I fight to stay positive and I continue to push myself but I often wonder how I can feel like this all the time.
And yes I exercise which helps, and meditate which helps, and am kind to myself but today my overwhelming feeling is one of discouragement. Alas tomorrow will be better.
I so appreciate your sharing of how hard it is for you. We just get so tired of being 'tired'. We are just human and we have our limits of what we think we can take... life just keeps throwing stuff at us though. I have absolutely no doubt that you meet those 'challenges' with all the grace and strength you can muster up. Being human we only can do what we can do. I know for me I have whole days of just not 'being in the game'. We can't be positive all the time. Some times it's ok to just feel sorry for ourselves. One day at a time...
