Here in the Midwest we are suffering with some awful heat and high heat indexes - yesterday 107. I was wondering if the heat affects your level of fatigue?
For me the heat really seems to increase the fatigue for me. Last few days have been exceptionally hard to just walk at times. I did go to my water aerobics class last night ---- but due to lightening, we had to get out of the pool!!! Although hard to do at times, movement of any kind does help the fatigue. It's sure hard to believe that but it seems to help.
How are you coping with your fatigue? what seems to help?

I’m a coffee drinker and will sometimes do coffee in the evenings. I’m one who can have a cup of coffee at 8 pm and still go to bed relatively unphased. Movement also helps me quite a bit. I keep a resistance band at my office and will do a round of squats and arms (presses, curls, etc.) to get the blood pumping again. A short walk also helps.
What a wonderful plan - and variety - of things to do that are convenient and easy for you to do whenever you want to. I love the idea of a resistance band at your work. I often think how convenient it would be to have one of those small floor cycles. I've seen people who put them under their desk. Thanks for the tips!
Well done! I’m actually taking a break from writing at my desk for hours and getting out the resistance bands. But I really do need to get back to the gym more often like I was doing in the beginning. Your going to the pool has inspired me!
😊 I love my water aerobics! Been going long before Covid. Good socially as well as cardiovascular health for me. Actually signed up for 8 weeks of biweekly water walking classes at an outdoor pool starting July 8. Hope my knees can take it!
