Wk9 started and my first 30 minute run, somehow never started my Strava app to get any stats which is a bit annoying but 2 more runs till graduation, hopefully will stay injury free this week as I had plantar fasciitis problem last week, something I’ve had trouble with for years even before I started running.

Congrats on reaching the final week Gingeral! I sympathise with not knowing your stats, but the important thing is that you've completed week 9 run 1 and you're two steps away from getting your Graduate badge. When you graduate you can focus much more on going further or moving more quickly, if you choose to, and that's less than a week away!

Sorry to hear of your problems, I do hope that you are able to keep running and that if anything it helps, rather than exacerbates. 🙏🏻🤞🏻

👏👏👏 graduateby the end of week. Woo hoo :)

If you don't already I understand rolling a tennis ball with your foot is good for pf.

Yes tried that and stretching whilst standing on edge of stairs. They both help but normally walking gets it better it’s happening less and less these days , so hopefully can eradicate it all together in the future.
