for several years now I have had problems with dodgy feet - neither GP nor podiatrist have been able to diagnose the problem although they have ruled out the the usual suspects, gout plantar fasciitis etc I have decide that it is time to accept that if my feet had less weight to carry my condition would undoubtably improve

I meant to say that the elephant in the room is both literal and metaphorical and I intend reducing my current weight of 122kg to 110kg, initially to 118 then 115 then 112 - I intend to reach my first goal by the end of July

Isn't it frustrating not to have an answer to your foot problem? But I'm sure you're right in that reducing the kilos can only help and your idea of setting mini-goals is a good one.

Oh dear, I sympathize with you, ive had plantar fascitis, ouch ! I do think I wouldnt have experienced it if I wasnt carrying so much weight!
