Just rejoining the blog - this is my third time of trying C25K - and furthest I’ve got.

Had to stop previous times due Achilles’ tendon and plantar fasciitis. So after 9 months of treatment back to it and got further than last 2 times. Determined to complete it this time 🤗🤗

Yes - I’ve learnt from previous to ensure you keep the momentum and don’t leave too long before the next run.

Each time I’ve tried it is easier - it’s like your body remembers and knows it’s going to be ok. I actually dreamt of running and enjoying a clear run route with good music- so my subconscious is telling me to crack on.

So far ok - slight pain but manageable. Fingers crossed I’ll graduate this time and sign up to Park Run xx

Thanks - do appreciate the support- and from 2018 and 2017 when previously tried.

Hopefully 2019 will be the year I graduate. Learnt a lot from previous 2 attempts - pacing, breathing, breaks between runs etc.
