Did it! And did it well. My calf & foot still hurt with the plantar fasciitis some way through - but it’s always sore anyway whether I run or not ...I’m honestly stunned at how well it went - must be a mixture of getting fitter, and drinking more. I bought one of those water bottles that tells you how much you should drink by 9/10/11 o’clock etc - I think that’s made a big difference in that I’m properly hydrated 😀

Hydration is so important to your running, it helps get the energy to the places it is needed. Glad the bottle is working for you
