cellulite in legs related to thyroid?
I have been exercising the same as always and eating clean, but have recently suffered from a cellulite appearance in my legs (when pressing on the skin or walking you can see it only). I am wondering if it is in fact celulite or water refention, and whether it is related to my Hashimotoâs disease.

Link between dry eyes and throat and PMRGCA? Any ideas?
This is my first post, so itâs a bit long-winded, as Iâve included some context and background. Context: ⢠About 20 years ago, when I was in my mid-50s, I developed dry eyes and dry throat. This was eventually diagnosed as âdry eye/dry throat syndromeâ. I had my tear ducts plugged to minimise loss

Which painkillers with prednisolone
I have just reduced prednisolone to the second stage 50mg. Headaches are not to bad but still there at times. Can I take painkillers, if so which ones. The pains are normally in the temple and forehead areas.

Alternative to ibuprofen
I'm 6 months post sct but my platelets are taking a long time to recover( only c40) so I'm not allowed ibuprofen or aspirin. I use paracetamol for most pain however I sometimes get muscle spasms in my neck/shoulder which I found ibuprofen treated. Does anyone know of an alternative painkiller that

ibuprofen gel
Currently unable to contact a pharmacist or doctor. Does anyone know of a topical pain killer gel I can take whilst on anticoagulants? Apparently, ibuprofen gel is a no-no. Thanks Thanks everyone, pharmacist confirmed I can use Deep Heat, Heat Patches and or, paracetamol.

ear admin thank you for letting me join this IBS site as it may help my husband to understand it, and me too. So about 3 months my husband was diagnosed by a doctor over the phone, and also to see a doctor at the surgery as he had been having tummy troubles. My husband has been prescribed Mebeverine

Wife's in Chronic pain.
Wife is bed bound with an ongoing degenerative spine condition which is causing chronic pain. Our doctors will not subscribe the only effective pain killer which is Fentinol Patches. Other patients in our area whom are in less pain are prescribed patches so we feel really upset with Doctors actions

Both eyes together!
Does anyone have experience of having surgery on both eyes at the same session? If so I would love to hear from you. My consultant is doing cataract and drainage improvement surgery at the same time for both eyes in the same session under general anaesthetic. I know this is a fairly uncommon arrangement

Does it get worse
Hi, I have had Tinnitus my whole life or at least as long as I can remember. I didn't realise that it wasnt normal until a few years ago. I am not sure how I ended up with it, my up bring was very stressful and my mother would often give me high stress painkillers to keep me quiet. I have read some research

I was diagnosed with glaucoma last year and had laser surgery which didnât work. I now have cataracts which are causing me blurred vision. On my last visit to the glaucoma hospital the ophthalmologist said âyou have cataractsâ but he didnât say anything else about it or whether I needed to get them done
