considers it to be a rare manifestation. Very difficult to say if they are linked - especially after so long.

thanks every time I get down to 4 mg I get a flare with a PMR. I actually went over nine years in remission for the GCA just seemed odd to me.
That is just your body telling you that is the lowest effective dose for your PMR. After all this time it COULD be poor adrenal function adding it to the problems at 4mg
