To bring you good vibes with my Optician's recommendation yesterday - Eye Bag/Eye Mask. Boots had on offer £10.99 and it works a treat.
As part of Sjogren's Syndrome - my eyes are very dry but of late have been soooo dry. Optician explained and tested my tear film, with drops and could see that eye glands where you put drops in were blocked 🚫 😐 This means that less tear film is produced, causing more dryness.
Eye bag is 👌🏽 you put into microwave for 30 seconds, sit back pop it on and relax for 10 mins. Optician said to use a part of daily eye care regiment.
Enjoy - Go on - Pamper yourself 🥰😇

Thank you for sharing. I have MCTD inc Sjogrens, delighted with this tip as my mother also has Sjogrens and Blepharitis. I knew applying heat helps but didn't know this was available. Looking forward to using it 😉
Already on it, as the youngsters say, like a car bonnet. My favourite time is bedtime listening to the Archers on BBC Sounds on my ear buds. Aaahhh. Enjoy Lupus Peeps x
Hellooo-eee. How lovely that you remembered or read my posts, or both - I'm so touched and grateful. Anyhoo, still bending old ladies twice a week, just off in a mo to bend some wonderful adults with learning difficulties who LOVE yoga. They are so good too and teach me a lot about life and lemons when I think I'm the only one in the world that stuff happens to. Then I teach my FriYay Night Restorative/Yin/collapse.in a heap class. Followed up by getting up in the night wondering why my legs ache so much 🥴. I'm working on the basis that if I keep running, I might run faster than my not best friend Lupus. I do realise that I am quite lucky to be able to do this, but what will I do if I don't do this? I'm not "ill" enough to not work and not at pension age because they moved it again; I would get no benefits, I'm not unwell enough and am self employed, get nothing for caring for my brother because he doesn't live with me, but I still have stuff to pay for. Pity Party over - I love your Buddha. I recently bought myself a Ganesha for the garden to keep Buddha x 3 company. Yet another lengthy answer. I have, I think attached a photo of the set up for FriYay night yoga. Namaste 🙏
Namaste 🙏🏽 🧘🏽♀️Thank you for sharing CavendishCool 🫂 I have several Buddha's in garden and home.
Yes, I feel you....not easy being 'inbetween' stages with condition.
All you can do is keep moving, trying as best as you can and listen to your body for as long as your body allows.
If the time comes when you can not, you will grieve what u could do and will have to learn and accept your limitations. Embrace your physical Freedoms ✨️ 💛
Remember, physical freedoms are only one aspect...Mental Freedom is key and nurturing 🧠 mind and well-being.....going for a walk, no matter how short or long, enjoying your garden 🌻🌼🌹🌺 leisure time
Recovering from major injury, I have learnt to be more Patient and give Thanks for what I have.
Hello Poshcards, 👋🏼 Yes it is so much nicer💆🏽♀️ than a warm flannel. Micro-beads remain heated for 30 minutes, you decide how long to use. I choose 10-15 mins.
Technology helps to eliminate outside environmental eye irritants 👀 xxx
I have a USB mask n I do it every day for twenty mins. It has settings for 20,40 or 60 mins and it's marvellous!! Thank you for sharing Energy 🤗You rest up now n recover. Good luck with the Motability too🍀💜🌈 xx
Hello Loopllady 👋🏼 Yes, it certainly has made an improvement with my dry eyes 👀 xx
Hi Energy14
Thanks for this, looks great and I bet it’ll feel pampering too - even though it’s more a necessity. Heading to Boots.com right now! You’re a Health Unlocked influencer 😄
