I have been photosensitive for about three years now but this year I seem to be struggling with quite intense eye pain and subsequent headache (around the forehead) when outside. The headache goes upon going into deep shade or into the house. I do however, find myself squinting even in the home.

The optician said my eye pain was due to dry eyes but I have had dry eyes for 4 years without this pain so I wasn’t convinced. Unrelated to the eye pain or the dry eyes and almost as an afterthought the optician gave me a grid to look at and asked me to cover one eye at a time.

I had a terrible reaction with conjunctivitis, high eye pressure, and pain. I was first treated with erythromycin that did not work, and the treated for glaucoma. I was never tested for what type of infection I had.

I was getting a lot of headaches, eye pain and swelling around my right eye and a duty A&E ophthalmologist suggested I could be reacting to the preservatives in the Latanoprost drops. I’ve been on Monopost for almost 3 weeks or so now.

I'm getting severe headaches that are around my eyes. I wake up with my head & eyes killing me. Is this just dry eyes? My light sensitivity is off the charts. Has anyone else expierenced this? Is this a Sjogren symptom?

Currently taking 10 mg if prednisone since the last GCA temple pain. I will try and get an appointment with the eye doctor.

The itching only lasted a day and then I woke up with eye pain, mostly in the outer corners of my eyes and behind my eyes with the left eye worse than the right. The pain was exacerbated by moving my eyes in any direction. My eyes were not red or waterin.

Hi Guys underwent right eye preserflo yesterday. I am getting a random pain at the bottom rear of my eye. No idea why as I believed the stunt went into the upper eye ball. Has anyone else experienced this after this surgery?

Although I occasionally suffer from tinnitus and definitely have balance issues my main symptom is severe pain around my left eye. I went to my GP suffering from chronic fatigue in July 2022. The eye pain began sporadically in November 2022 Nobody connected the two symptoms then or since.

My IOP 24 in the right eye and 22.7 in the left. I had been experiencing pain and discomfort in the right eye, which I put down to dry eye, which I have suffered from for years. I have had a few traumatic experiences over the years and suffer from anxiety ( I am not on any medication for this).

Occasionally I feel pain in my left eye, in the outer lower corner. It will hurt when I move my eye, and also hurts to the touch, like if I press slightly on my lower lid. It has happened maybe 4 or 5 times over past few months.

The pain is only in my right eye and mostly at a certain spot, problaly where the vinegar hit. The pain is quite bad, comes and goes during the day, but quite horrible at night and I wake up every hour of so and can hardly fall asleep again.

Good evening, I lost sight in my right eye from a freak accident in January. I'm having constant eye pain in the good eye, I have seen many consultants that have examined the eye and unable to identify anything that could be causing the pain.
