Pinching pain in back during 2ww

Hi! I'm 8 days past 5 day embryo transfer and I have been experiencing nerve pain in my lower back it feels like I'm being pinched in my lower back and it's mainly on my left side, I've been experiencing that since day 4 and it's getting quite painful. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not sure what to do as I can't take any pain killers apart from paracetamol and that won't help much

Hi Asha. Sorry to hear this. It could be due to a urine infection, so drink plenty of water and notice the colour and any smell. Although you say paracetamol won’t help, I would continue with it every four hours with a maximum of eight in twenty-four hours. If you don’t take it the pain will feel worse. Obviously speak to your GP if it continues. Hope you’re soon better. Diane
