I contacted a Naturopath and discussed diet/ exercise, lifestyle. He thought my habits were good, and suggested Methyl B12- 180 mg daily, and MK7.
Also, some herbs used in Oriental Medicine have been used for many years in Asia, and have been shown through trials to help build bone. I am considering starting two formulas. For this route, it is best to speak to an herbalist trained in this field.
