Does anyone have any recommended and good online exercise programs for Parkinson’s?
Online exercise programs : Does anyone have... - Cure Parkinson's
Online exercise programs
I've been doing Rogue in Motion - it has live and recorded exercises including strength training, boxing and high intensity training and dancing and speech and swallowing - and even cooking classes!
Started by a physical therapist who's been working with pwp for many years - live classes are in Orange County, Ca. and are zoomed and available afterwards. They have quite a library of recorded sessions.
I learned about them from Parkinson's School with Laurie Mishely and they are somehow related as they have watch parties to discuss the classes.
They are extremely available and committed to their program. I was the only one who showed up for a boxing class one day last week and she did it just for me. The classes are very small most of the time and the therapists are open to suggestions and questions.

This is not focused on PD but I have been using her training for years until I developed my own routine. Not all sessions are appropriate as some of them are just too hard or don’t leave enough recuperation between exercises, but some of them will be helpful.
I do an international program called ReGen at Home.
They use 3 HD camera, therapists using the most advanced Parkinson Exercise technique Called PWR! MOVES, developed in the USA (where some therapists trained ). backed by American Parkinson Foundation
The program is called ReGen @ Home, a draft video is available atyoutube.com/watch?v=d0otABB...
I like Alexander Tressor's Youtube videos
love this guy, Nate, who is a PT and owner. this is very reasonably priced.

under the resource tab, you'll find an idea of what PWRMoves is like. this is pricier.

U-Turn Parkinsons. Free online classes.
I love Reps to the Rhythm - free on You Tube.
I like dailydosepd.com also. You’re pretty much on your own as you figure out your overall program, but they’ve divided classes and sessions into advanced or beginner or whatever. And if for any reason you happen to need to get away for a bit, they can freeze the account for you.
But there’s other programs look really interesting!
