Update
I try to control as many factors as I can with this disease such as diet,
exercise
, being careful in the sun, etc. and then just taking each day at a time. Honestly, if it not for the medication I take for this disease along with other health conditions I would not know I was ill!

Is My Resting Heart Rate Too Low?
I was reasonably fit through walking beforehand, and have been enjoying daily walks since the procedure, gradually building up my range on the flat, so I am very pleased at what I can achieve in terms of
exercise
at this moment.

Tried to use my new stationary bike for just 10 minutes
So I Google "
exercise
and inflammation" and there are lots of articles regarding
exercise
being pro-inflammatory, but digging further there are also articles stating that the more frequent you
exercise
it then becomes anti-inflammatory.

Adapting small changes to create new habits
For example, if you want to start a daily
exercise
habit, start with just five minutes of
exercise
each day. [u]
Make It Easy:

How much reduction in dose to lower TSH to please the specialist???
I have decent energy for
exercise
. I always have the blood drawn first thing in the morning, 24 hours after the last dose. I never take Biotin. Now he wants fresh blood work before he decides if he needs to reduce my dose to raise my TSH.

Help with blood tests please - Triglycerides high again
I’m going to make changes to diet and get more
exercise
- I have a very busy job (out of house 60 hours per week so finding time is hard) should I up my T3 again hoping it will reduce my LDL further and maybe my Triglycerides? Any help appreciated

Diagnosis About Turn?
weeks and kidney/liver function have been slightly affected - she thinks by the steroids I am a type 2 Diabetic following an extremely strict diet, in the hope of nullifying some of the 'weight gain/sugar spike' effects of the steroids - I've lost 11lb in the three weeks, so not all bad - I cannot

Back in permanent AF and warfarin dose decrease
He said there was no point in doing anything as I felt well with no symptoms and I could do
exercise
classes, weights, etc. with no problem. I'm OK with that. The other strange issue is that the warfarin I take to remain in the 2-3 INR range has reduced over the last 6m from 8.5 to 6.

Movicol help (again!)
Sometimes our structural problems mean that diet/
exercise
/water don't work and I have tried all of them. I had an anal manometry a while ago and my muscles don't work very well so the consultant said Movicol was the best to take long term.

Weight LOSS on ADT
I'm moderately active, but am having a hard time sticking with
exercise
. I have little strength and endurance. I used to hike 5-9 miles with no problem. I struggle to hike 3 miles (no pack, flat trails) these days. Anybody else struggling with weight LOSS? And what did you do about it?
