My T has become louder with a secondary tone since I upped my exercise routines about a month ago.
Primary T is v high pitched, secondary more like an electric type buzzing/rattle
Anyone else experienced this?

Yes I get a reaction when I exercise- I recently started the couch to 5k thing and I notice it after each run ( well walk mostly )- I avoided running for years having knackered my knees ( thanks to the excessive rugby playing at school probably )
I swam , cycled, stepped so I have no running muscles and its really hard work building up. I find personally that if I know the cause ,and its predictable I`m ok . Its more the anxiety than the actual volume that bothers me. Its that difficult balance between being careful and giving up too much of your life. I think exercise is worth it because the effect is temporary but thats just me
Toodles
Yes, I have the same. Very loud, high pitched in my left ear and the secondary noise is almost like morse code in the other, but not constant.
Not just me then. It reminds me of the noises I used to get with dizzy spells a few years ago. I was tested for Meniers disease and it was ruled out. Was told it was crystals in the middle ear moving around or BPPV ( benign paroxysmal positional vertigo ) If you google it there is a self help exercise called Epley manoeuvre which moves the crystal back. Im doing it daily and it helps for a spell but I guess I need to do it more and correctly.
