Tai Chi \ Qigong Study

We have been approached by the Liverpool Centre for Cardiovascular Science to recruit candidates to join a study aimed at developing a suitable set of Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises appropriate for people with atrial fibrillation. You will be required to take part in a 12-week online intervention of Tai Chi and QiGong exercises for the research into the benefits of appropriate exercise for individuals with AF.

If you have AF. aged over 18 and based in the UK, then we want to hear from you! You will be required to follow an online exercise regime via zoom, therefore you should not have any other underlying health conditions that could impact on your ability to exercise.

For further details on how you can help. Please email our Patient Services Team at your earliest convenience.: patientservices@heartrhythmalliance.org \ info@afa.org.uk
