Cauliflower in ginger sauce with roast parsnips, low carb vegan.
Hi everyone, Here's what I had for diner tonight, I'd already bought a local grown cauliflower and some parsnips when I noticed a reply with a member saying they were pre-diabetic and vegan so I thought I'd bake the cauliflower and parsnips and keep it plant based and low carb and it's also gluten free

Black lentil stew with gluten free ginger and onion dumplings.
Hi everyone, Well I'm still experimenting with my slow cooker and here's what I've cooking away now. I decided to make a stew and make some Christmas dumplings so decided that ginger was a popular Christmas spice. I made these with 50g self raising GF flour 25g ground almonds 1 tea spoon baking powder

5 Things to Eat or Drink to Get Rid of Mucus and Phlegm
Mucus is not all bad, its only bad if it is built up in the wrong areas of the body. The average human body makes 1 to 1.5 liters of mucus a day. Aripiprazole side affect?
I have just been given Aripiprazole to take as well as my paroxetine to help with my ocd intrusive thoughts.I have been on paroxetine for 10 years and neve felt as bad as this. Is Aripiprazole causing my restlesness and feeling irritable? I just can't seem to sit and relax.

Day After My First Shot
First,
hyperhidrosis
(uncontrollable
excessive
sweating
) issues are absent today. Usually when I leave the house, from the sheer efforts of putting clothes on, feeding the cats and leaving, I am usually extremely agitated, upset, and drenched. Even in cold weather. This morning, I'm calm and dry.

Weight loss journey so far
So, I have now lost 10 /11 pounds in 5.5 weeks which I am happy about. Have another 13.5 pounds to go but am almost 50% of the way there. Am very happy and feel positive that by the year end I will be back to around 9.6/7 stone. I will be then trying to loose 7 pounds to get just under 9 stone but know
