Not PCa related, but interesting new delivery techniques:

Prostap/tibolone - regal study
Hi all, I'm 1 week into prostap and tibolone as part of the reval study and I'm not coping well. I dont want to be another horror story on the internet so to keep it brief my main concern is constant nausea (but I cant function) and worsened allergies (and I have a history of anaphylaxis as it is).

Group Therapy #3
Got a group meeting today and i'm nervous because I feel that people can pick up on my body language and read into it and notice, i'm nervous. Also afraid that I wont be able to stop observing the people around me and what they're doing and that will be noticed as well. I'd like some advice please.

Any successful treatment with red light therapy for peripheral neuropathy?
Hello, I am wondering whether or not it’s worth pursuing some sort of photobiomodulation (red light) therapy as a way of addressing idiopathic peripheral neuropathy which, in my case, means numb feet with burning soles at night. Has anybody had any success with these types of intervention, either through

Update on me
Before I go to visit Ralph this morning, thought I'd write a bit about me. I rang this morning to see how his first night was, he'd vomited a little which she said was due to the stress of the move, but then he was fine and slept well. Last night was the first decent sleep I've had since his operation

HRT and RLS
Hi, I just saw a reply on a post where Sue talked about HRT being a possible trigger. Are there any safe options? I am currently on Femeton and have just been put on a higher dose because of menopause symptoms. I’m wondering now if this is part of the problem. I would probably be suicidal if I

Tips for knee pain at 68
Hi everyone, I'm Lyndon. I Woke up Saturday morning with a horrible surprise - knee pain. It's centered on the front left side of my right knee, a dull ache that's been keeping me up at night and making it tough to move around. At 68, I've had my fair share of aches and pains, but this is new territory

I have an appoint with my latest Kaiser MO in October. I have lobbied 3 MO's and my PCP for transdermal estrogen patches, but with no luck. I have sent my MO the latest info I can find (thanks to this support group for their help), but I am pretty sure he hasn't done anything besides scan it in my

Starting B12 injections
Hi I am hypothyroid, on Armour Thyroid but still dog tired all the time. I’m on HRT and I have horrible peripheral neuropathy in my feet and lower legs. I can’t walk well or for long at all. My gait feels really off. I’m stiff and have no muscular strength in my legs anymore so crouching down is impossible

Over 50
I have been struggling withy weight for years. I started putting on weight when I started depression medication. Now I'm over 50 still battling obesity. Growing up I was very active, but that has decreased due arthritis and joint replacements. I'm starting a new year looking for support from others.

HRT and magnesium supplements
Hi I’m new on here. I’m taking oestrogel 1-2 pumps in the morning, and one progesterone capsule at night. I’m increasingly frequently waking up in the night and I’m exhausted. Have tried other HRT types which made me feel mad and wild so I want to stick with this. Friends have recommended magnesium
