Estrogen Replacement therapy after surgical menopause
Hi everyone! I would like to chat with somebody who may have or is going through a similar experience. I had a full hysterectomy- removal of everything, over 20 years ago. I am on 2mg of Estrogen once per day. The docs used to do the implant yearly but it is no longer available. I am now 51

Hot flashes from lack of estrogen
I'm underweight and she is suggesting that I take hormone
replacement
therapy
(
estrogen
patch) to eliminate the hot flashes. Does anyone know if that'll work to take away the hot flashes since it's cause is no estrogen in my body?

Hi all, I'm in this 2WW hell after my first FET last Tuesday. I'm still a good few days away from testing (OTD on Saturday) and ofc I have been Googling like mad and mentally exploring every symptom while also repeatedly telling myself: it's the estrogen and progesterone, symptoms mean nothing, it's

Hi everyone I was first diagnosed with BC in 2000. I had a recurrence (2nd primary) 17 years later. 6 years later I was diagnosed with MBC. I had a small tumor present in my dermis at the masectomy scar sight. They followed with surgery (a lumpectomy to the reconstructed breast and targeted radiation

OHSS in early pregnancy *sensative*
Hi all I am looking for some held/advice or to see if anyone has had a similar experience! To give some context .. I had my egg collection on 26/6, where I was told I had a lot of follicles and after the collection where we got 14 eggs I was told I was at risk of OHSS and may need to do a freeze

I’ve just done my first round of OI on letrozole for PCOS 2.5mg OD. Was scanned once and no dominant follicles. Told to keep having sex and on day 18 tested with Mira machine. Had big LH surge and both oestrogen and progesterone were higher than previously. Did d21 progesterone blood test today (too

Post Covid B12 and Vitamin D crash
Hi,I have had multiple health problems since my first bout of Covid in 2022, and blood panels revealed low B12, D and very low ferritin (11). I started having B12 injections and got my ferritin to 159 and my folate up to 45 from 5. I was feeling healthy and many of my symptoms had stopped. I had been

I hate those thoughts.😭 They ruined my life.
My OCD obsession: I have estrogen and androgen in my body. That’s why I grow body hairs. So I am female and male in one body and I am not 100% female. 😭And many many other related thoughts. Before that I never doubted like this and I was happy. Now those thoughts make me sad. It will be sad to think

Diagnosis Anterior Cutaneous Nerve entrapment syndrome?
I had my ovaries removed in February 2020 via laparoscopy. I had had laparascopic diathermy and laser treatment for endometriosis in my 20s and 30s, but eventually taking the progesterone only pill meant I had no periods at all which was a massive result for me and I took them until I was 52. Unfortunately

Ok. So, here goes. I'm really scared of having ovarian cancer. My paternal grandmother passed away quite young from ovarian cancer. I believe she was in her 20s. 2 years ago my Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had been taken estrogen replacement for 15 years. Which is 10 years too long. Along

Progynova exhaustion - wow
Hey all, I'm currently on Progynova ahead of my FET (booked for next Tuesday, eek! Terrified and all of the emotions) and oh my goodness I feel like I've been hit by a truck. I know some side effects are normal but I was also sort of expecting not to feel much from these. Has anyone else felt so exhausted

Sub-clinical Hyperthyroidism
Hi everyone - the thyroid can be a mean beast! And the endocrine system is complicated. I was diagnosed in 2017 (not Graves) and after a year under the endo my carbimazole dose was fixed at 5mg and 10mg on alternate days. I was discharged to GP care. After that, every 6 month blood test showed TSH and
