Hi iam 50 years old and had a total hysterectomy including both ovaries 12 weeks ago The past 6 weeks my mood has been really low and anxiety off the roof I’m currently on evrol 50 patches (started these 9 months ago ) Not on progesterone as no womb Do u think my estrogen dose is maybe too low

I take Utrogestan 100 mg nightly but no estrogen currently per consultant at London Hormone Clinic. It definitely helps with sleep and anxiety but I am not certain this is the best regime for me,. My hormone levels have been tested and this is what the consultant has prescribed for me currently.

If anything my estrogen is a bit high and progesterone low. I was on these meds for acne and I’m kind of at a loss on what to do

I thought all this estrogen would make me feel happy and juicy lol

Secondly I'm pretty sure my lining won't grow and I've seen people add in vaginal estrogen to help but what day of the cycle would you start this and does this delay ovulation.

I'm 69 and have minimal oestrogen replacement. No ovaries or womb. Have others experienced thrush?

Hi all, Had my baseline scan on Friday to measure my lining on day 12 - it was 7mm. Will my lining continue to thicken whilst taking my progesterone pessaries? So I’ve had my baseline scan and started oestrogen in preparation for our 5th embryo transfer, and whilst I am excited and ready, I am also really scared/nervous. by NICE to use the oral agonist (again years after EU and USA) that also reduces CV risk, no need for anti androgen for flare and opportunity for intermittent therapy if appropriate as seems to have a faster T recovery in comparison with the other options.

When they do the embryo transfer the docs said they will still need to give me some supplemental estrogen (for uterine lining to grow) and progesterone for the first trimester.
