Fresh Fish for Dinner

My husband loves deep sea fishing so we often have tasty fresh fish. Last night for dinner we had Dhufish and Pink Snapper, both beautiful white flesh fish. I lightly coated the fillets in flour mixed with lemon pepper; lemon, herb & garlic seasoning; salt and black pepper, then pan-fried them in a little olive oil and butter. They were served with mashed potatoes, asparagus, broccoli and carrots. Delicious 😋

Mmm, your fish looks great, and I bet it was delicious - I like the sound of your batter - it looks light and fresh and golden brown. Lovely range of veggies that you enjoyed it with too. Yum!
