175 pound weakling.
I posted yesterday that I have lost muscle mass due to no cholesterol. I meant no TESTOSTERONE. I want to know if there is any way I can rebuild my muscles.

Should I stop Levothyroxine?
I'm thinking of stopping my Thyroid medication as I don't feel any better on it. Is it safe to stop taking Levothyroxine without reducing the quantity? I am still unable to get back to my weight of 57kgs. Currently, I weigh 60kgs, and I have to reduce my meals to breakfast and a light supper. I feel

Question about weight lifting while on anti testosterone therapy.
I was placed of abiraterone and ADT 6 months ago. I am an avid exerciser so I have not experienced any fatigue but I think I was noticing mild weakness. I decided to start weight lifting. My question is: Do I expect to get stronger or just slow the deterioration.

Help please with female hormones after intro of T3 and gel to patches
Hello I know this isn’t directly thyroid related but I needed a bit of help/ advice with recent sex hormone results. I started on T3 approximately 8 weeks ago and still adjusting dosing with guidance from an Endo. 5 weeks ago, I changed from 3 pumps of estrogel to 100mcg patches as I felt I wanted

I HAVE HUNG UP MY RUNNING SHOES
It is approaching nine years since I discovered C25k and subsequently this forum and the combination of the two changed my life in more positive ways than I could ever imagine. From a 57 year old who thought that running might be a lesser necessary evil than heading off to the gym to maintain stamina

Testosterone injections for prostate cancer
It seems there is two ways this is being done. One is testosterone only, no adt and one way testosterone is the shot all by itself. I have two doctors willing to give me the T but there is no discussion of doing BAT. BAT is ADT alternating with testosterone. Today I visit the OC willing to do this. Presently

T rising on Lupron, but PSA is still <0.10
Just a quick question. I have now had 3 - 6-month Lupron shots and headed for the last shot next week. They want to keep me on Lupron for 2 years. Just had blood work done and PSA is still <0.10 however my testosterone was measured at 60. This is the first time I had blood work right before the shot.
