MBC, ibrance, femara any supplements?
Research said flaxseed oil can help breast cancer e.g. reduce the proliferation rate of cancer cell. I just started a few days ago. One spoon a day can do. Walnuts seems to be good to us too. Biotin can help nail and hair growth...etc Any experience to share?

Any New News on Xolair? How essential oils have helped me be calmer.
I have recently got into
essential
oils
. I always thought they were perfumes but there is a vast difference.
Essential
oils
are what they say they are, they are essentially a plant oil and when you find the right ones, can help immensely with making the air more pleasant.

Hi, Just wondered if anyone has had IBS like symptoms with liver disease and how you cope with it? I was told I had IBS for 2 years before being diagnosed and I was in a lot of discomfort and could not eat properly. As soon as I was diagnosed and on meds my symptoms went. However three years later

....exhausted
Hello. Just joined. Anxiety sufferer & exhausted from it. I meditate, garden, read, use lavender oil, sometimes just focus on my breath.... Anyone wish they didn't have to be medicated to keep it at bay? I know things could be so much worse but some days.... it's just overwhelming. 🙁

Extreme Diets.
I define an extreme diet as one that flirts with deficiency of one or more essential nutrients. Sure, one can always take a pill to counter deficiency, but that would detract from the idea of an ideal diet meeting all of the needs of the body. Is there a place for an extreme diet when cancer is present
