Anybody use Essential Oils?

I was wondering if anybody uses them for pain?I have PBC plus Endometriosis.I have no symptoms of PBC but Endo I do.I was diagnosed with PBC last month and Endo last July.I get frequent Sinus Headaches and Cramps

I use lavender and other oils but only to rub them on my skin and hair the smell is very relaxing and has a therapeutic effect for me , I grow my own lavender.
