Can diet cause SIBO?
Hello everyone, was diagnosed with SIBO last year after a positive breath test. Took an 8 week course of rifaximin (550 mg, twice a day) and assumed all was well. SIBO seems to have come back this year (positive breath test), and I am repeating the course of antibiotics. This time I've been told to

Don't know what's real anymore...
Some know my story so far, but briefly, rheumatologist diagnosed sjogren's after several years of UCTD and has now referred but to a sjogren's specialist. I saw him about a month ago and he's not convinced it's sjogren's and is running more tests and told me to stop taking Amitryptiline as tris can

Swallowing difficulty, have to chew meds.
About a year ago, I began getting my thyroid meds stuck in my throat. All my other meds, vits and minerals, being much larger, seem to go down ok, as they seem to have sufficient "weight" behind them. My magnesium capsule is the size of a suppository 🤣 and I can swallow that without a problem

does anybody else experience this?
I’ve been having digestive problems for over a year now and I am finally getting an endoscopy in 6-8 weeks time however I had another ‘attack’ last night and the wait seems like forever so I wondered if anybody had any ideas what this could be or what could help? To provide background, I’m mid 30s, healthy

The GP sent me for an ultrasound where they saw I had polyps on my gallbladder. The GP phoned me on the 31st Dec to
