Mild TI inflammation

Hi, I've just had my third colonoscopy and I found it very painful. I was in agony during various times of it being done. I managed to get a report (some pictures this time too!)

On the report they wrote for the procedure discomfort: Mild: More than 2 episodes of discomfort without distress.

On my report it states that the colonoscopy was normal as it was scoped up to the TI. The mucosal lining from the rectum up the caceum appeared normal however there was some mild inflammation in the TI in keeping with ileitis.

I have had biopsies taken so will wait for some answers.

Did anyone have anything similar in their colonoscopy? The main reason I'm asking is that because I've had two colonoscopies before the biopsies have always come back normal but with this one the inflammation in the has been seen, so I'm hoping it shows something. I had a capsule endoscopy a couple of weeks ago which showed a few ulcers in the region.

Thank you for reading.
