My vitamin d levels came back low Had this issue in my past but that was dangerously low ,doctor failed to do my 3 month checks advised by the hospital.

Only on insisting did he do it.

Now I'm h palyori positive admitted emergency some 2 years ago.

Did it scan and endoscopy biopsy came back with paylori.

Sent home untreated tried the triple therapy, couldn't

So I devised a diet I could manage it with I reached myself.

Som 5 years ago I has a infected otis inner ear infection which gave the worse vertigo.

Present vit d low I insisted them do my thyroid as I am under active.

The tsh came back normal so nothing done I insisted I had this before a specialist informed if vit d is low thyroid won't be right,he reply was they won't test the others if that's OK.

I've had terrible bone pain vertigo like my is ear blocked too.

I have buritus in both shoulders and oestophina.

So not good I can't tolerate vid orally,so use the spray.

I am intolerant to lots of meds.

But the mood swings depression neck pain is awful.

Physio has me doing band excersises to strengthen the muscles in that area.

Please advise I think I should have private testing as I don't trust these doctors plus they know little about vit d and how ill you feel.

Thankyou.

Please post actual thyroid and vitamin results with ranges for each test - numbers in brackets after your result.

Most people need to continuously supplement vit D and others to prevent low or insufficient levels.

Caldereta, what I am about to say may not be of any consolation to you but you are not alone when it comes to vertigo (my vest friend is my rolator); h pylori; acid reflux; hernia; osteoarthritis along my spine; knees; hip and now my fingers. Also anxiety which appeared after my operation. Plantar faciitis in both heels - the stabbing pain Is extremely painful and embarrassing because it can happen any time anywhere and I have to react..ouch!. I've now been experiencing electric shocks down my right arm and right leg.

I have found physiotherapy to be extremy helpful. With virtigo, Initially I had severe attack every 2 months. Vomiting, dizzy spells and in bed for a week. I could not turn my head from left to right, I had to turn my whole body. With physio I can now slowly, look left and right without having to turn my whole body. Looking up triggers nausea still but I am managing.

Physio for joint pains also beneficial.

I experience pain in every step. Especially right hip where I have upper trochanteric pain syndrome plus arthritis. I used the elastic bands plus other exercises to help strengthen my muscles. I find I can now walk a few more steps before I have to stop.

Like you, vit D and iron was low. Wasn't surprised. Nothing is ever of normal reading! B12 was high? I do not take any supplements; I do not like fish. My diet is mainly vegetables and fruits. I have not eaten meat for well over 40 years.

In concluding, please do your physio exercises. Life may not be as we would like but we are still at a better place when compared to others. Be safe. Blessings.

Hi Calder

I am sorry you are having a hard time. I am not sure which country U R in. If you are in the UK it's possible to see another partner at your practice hopefully they will agree.

Ho did you get the VIT D spray, so at one time you must had the test to give you the spray.

I also can't tolerate many meds. But I am having the caps of VIT D and it has been OK.

To strength the muscle it takes some time and band are great. I have the tubes. These days hands on physio seldomly is seen. You can pick a lot of excellent videos on Utube.

I work with KAISER SACRAMENTO is American video and has every thing even nutrition.

Good luck
