Once again unable to sleep. Thinking about my diet. I’m having some stomach and digestive investigations. My stomach is now so distended and solid with it. Gallstones
Hi , I’m experiencing bloating along with pain on my right side neck, shoulder and breast. And also under my right breast ribs. But no abdominal pain. This is been there for 2 weeks and my gp said it is gastritis. The pain is kind of dull. Just wondering if anyone had dull kind of pain on their right

Did anyone's symptoms return after going gluten free?
Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in December 2019 and have been on a gluten free diet ever since. I originally went to the Dr as I was having real problems with dropping things, balance, brain fog, tiredness and memory as well as having trouble explaining things and finding the correct

Hypo, anaemic or both?
I would love some advice from this group since I trust this more than the doctors I've seen! Last March (2021) I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism but after a year of suffering I think I should also have been diagnosed with anaemia too. I came to this conclusion by comparing my December tests to the

Snowy Run - and a question about light headedness
Was due to do my usual 30-35 min consolidation run yesterday but the gremlins got the better of me and I ended up settling for my YWA session as my daily exercise instead. I decided that I'd go out tomorrow (today) for my run. There was more faffage this morning then a strange thing happened, I noticed

Immunolgist consultation and results
Good morning all, I had quite an upsetting consultation yesterday. I was advised to switch to strictly gluten free diet (!!!!!) and that I will need steroids and G CSF for my transfer.... Has anyone any experience with G CSF? Cost and most importantly , side effects?

Today's Lunch: 12-25-2021: Cheese Omelet 🍳 🧀
For lunch today, I had an
omelet that was made with liquid eggs, Munster cheese, Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese. I also had a small glass of Vegan Eggnog and a Greek yogurt (Key Lime Blended) on the side.
The entire meal was really good and also was low carb. high protein.

Private Fibroscan enquiry.
So I posted a few weeks ago about having a Fibroscan done privately, and I have enquired. 40 minute consultation while the Fibroscan is being done with the consultant is £550.00. Well I think this is amazing ,to have the consultant doing it in real time and asking questions and getting the results instantly

Hi, New here - this is my first post - hope all is OK. My ALT & Alk. Phos blood test have, ‘gone thru the roof’! 1st, sorry this is long... Made my Mama's homemade Tamales! Where did I get the energy. You tell me. This past year has been strange. Got my vaccines and the booster. And after my 2nd vaccine I experienced about week of energy. It was weird. Told my hep about it. He shrugged his shoulders. I just enjoyed
