Hi Does anyone else suffer from this particular sound? It comes and goes for no specific reason or triggers .Sometimes virtually no tinnitus at all and other times very distracting.I started taking 1 a day magnesium citrate 400mg with added vitamin B6 and 12 a few months ago .I think that may be helping

Does betahistine dihydrochloride help?
Hello to all, I have hypothyroidism, and I usually go to the Thyroid community. But my tinnitus is getting worse. I was advised 16mg betahistine dihydrochloride twice a day. I just took first dose and T has gotten much louder! All advice gratefully appreciated. Thanks.

Horizant Advice Please
I had my first dose last night and had a horrendous night, twitching and little sleep. How many days should I take it, before I give it up completely? I wouldn't say it was an allergic reaction, but just not the one I was hoping to get. The doctor told me to stop the Gabepentin cold turkey, which I did

Minimum follicles for NHS cycle?
Hello, I’m about to start an NHS cycle soon and I’m really worried about it being cancelled as I only had 3 follicles and two eggs in my first round which was private (I’m 33 with very low AMH). I know every cycle is different and I am trying to stay positive but also want to be realistic/prepared. I

Post TBI immersive activity ideas- music/ craft?
Hi, I had a TBI a year ago when I was hit by a cyclist and am still off work with migraines and some cognitive issues. When I saw an occupational health doctor last week one useful comment he made was that “immersive activities” can help with recovery from the sort of emotional trauma that I have experienced
