I'm planning to get married next week. Currently, I'm working in an IT company and day by day I'm stressed out with heavy works and busy with heavy planning for my wedding. I'm unable to focus on work due to a severe headache. As its month-end, I need to complete the various projects which I have committed. While travelling by bus, I read a magazine about acupuncture therapy ( physiomobility.com/orthopae...
) for troubled people with knee pain, headaches, migraine, and neck pain. I think this treatment would be most suitable for me as I'm troubled with all these problems. Does anyone over here had tried acupuncture therapy? How does it work?

I can really recommend Acupunture, I have had it for pain caused by heavy menstrual cycles due to symptomatic fibroids. I find it relaxing, calming and regenerative and it has helped with my pain. I have a friend who practices Bowen too, so if you are not a fan of needles, Bowen works on pressure points and is very similar to acupuncture but no needles.
I have had acupuncture to help with lower back pain and it has helped. I'm sure it would help with headaches. You sound stressed and tensed and you probably have muscle knots in your neck and shoulders. These will then contribute to headaches.
I’ve had it a number of times for IVF, lower back pain, anxiety and just general well-being. I would definitely recommend it but be specific when you tell your practitioner what your concerns are.
