Ear Pain
I have had T in both ears for over 30 years. Recently I have experienced a big increase in volume of T in the left ear also my ear is painful inside (worse upon wakening) gp has said there is nothing wrong with my ear. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is going on?

Sorry to bother you good people, just trying

This might be one of much interesting things for one or the other of us, maybe especially for those who want to wait a little longer for even gentler and safer variations of ablation techniques, which are already visible on the horizon... The evidence from clinical experiments of acupuncture given at

I no longer trust "alternative" practitioners when it comes to fertility
I used to be totally into herbs and acupuncture and homeopathy and even crystals and ALL of that. But the longer I have been on this path, the more I think it is all just hogwash. More often then not, I think it's just under-informed people on a power trip. Soooo many practitioners like acupuncturists

recent diagnosed with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction heart failure.
I am 78years old, recent diagnosed with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction heart failure. Have any of you had the same diagnoses, what are you doing for it, and how long does it take to move from grade 1 to 4. Anxiety lever very high, and would appreciate any ideas from you. Thank you.

At work on the hottest day of the year so far I suddenly started to become confused, dry mouth, breathless and felt sick.
I have been back to the doctor but they have said it is nothing. I am not convinced after last year being told to get acupuncture by a paramedic and then a week later insisting on an x-ray and being told that I had acute pneumonia, my trust is somewhat diminished. My hands started to shake, dry mouth

Mental Health Resources
I hope that it’s alright, I would like to give you free online resources that helped me with mental health. I would like to help as many people as I can and there’s so many people who struggle with mental health. It’s a serious issue and I think people should have more access to resources, especially

Is This Normal for PC?
Every Cancer is different is what they all say. I seem to have inherited a very different one. Urination issues: Had urination issues as symptoms beginning last Summer, and diagnosed in November with Ductal PCA. The medical solution to my pissing problem was a TURP. Lasted a bit over two months

Uncertainty over A&E advice
had a viral Covid vector vaccine recently & six days in, I started with unrelenting head pain & temporary vision loss, so I contacted my GP & he flagged GCA. I then had inflammatory marker bloods & ct scan ( for clots) at A&E. I was handed nurofen and solpadeine then discharged without follow up.

Help and Opinions on Prolia for Osteoporosis
After breaking 3 ribs for no reason and my bone density much worse, the rheumatologist, endocrinologist and GP felt Prolia may be the next step. There is no way to know what caused the ribs to break. I have taken Actonel, Boniva, Forteo and Fosamax already. I really did not want to consider this because

HELP: First ever IVF advice - i am already giving up
I have Pcos and ttc since 2019. I got pregnant quickly the first time but I had a mmc. My problem is anovulatory cycles. In the last 6 months we tried Clomid which helped me ovulate but I am still not pregnant. In March I was referred to Assisted Conception Unit in my local hospital and things are moving

Holistic treatments
Hello is anyone having holistic treatments which have been beneficial? I have had reflexology, gentle massage, acupuncture and cranio sacral therapy and although good at the time, have left me aching and exhausted for at least two days after. Thanks
