Vitamin D and Folic acid deficiency
I have now been unwell for over a year and slowly getting worse. I have yet been diagnosed with fibro, but this is what my doctor thinks I will end up being told that that is what I will be diagnosed with. I have pain in lots of places and take both Oramorph and MST so that I am not in tears all day

Adequate Pain Relief! What a difference!!!!!!!!!!
For quite some time my pain levels were becoming increasingly intolerable. I developed an allergy to my Butrans patches, and taking more and more Oramorph + Codeine, with zero benefit. Desperation set in, along with severe mood swings, fatigue, rubbish quality of life. My gp then decided to try Fentanyl

Morphine - does it work for everyone??
Hi there, firstly to keep to the rules, I am not looking for dosages etc, but I have an appointment at the doctors on Tuesday and I'm quite embarrassed. I have been on MST 30mg twice a day and take approx 3 x 5ml of Oramorph a day, this has been upped from 6 weeks ago when I took just 10mg of MST

Any women noticed a link between the contraceptive pill and bad episodes of IBS?
I have been suffering for 5 years now and getting worse every month. I had not noticed a link between my periods and worsening IBS until I ended up in hospital a few weeks ago due to pain/loss of consciousness etc and didn't take my pill. I decided to not take it for he next month since it wouldn't do

I know it's my own fault but....
I am in the process of moving house and although I have had pain in my joints even after taking Oramorph , I have been packing up boxes as we move next week. My problem is now I am in more pain than I can cope with, my back, shoulders wrists and hands are really bad and both my hips feel like someone
