SCLC chemo then full brain radiotherapy My mum was diagnosed with advanced SCLC with piturity gland tumour and lesions to the brain August 2016. Mum's prognosis wasn't very hopeful and was nearly refused treatment. Mum wasn't able to see at this point. Luckily treatment was given 6 rounds of chemo Carboplatin

Zomorph- is it just me?
Hi I'm new here. Wondering if anyone takes Zomorph and finds it useless? I've been put on it by my Gp 60mg twice daily but all it gives me is stomach pain, I'm taking more oramorph than before! I'm wondering if there are any alternatives in the morphine spectrum that may be more suitable. Thanks for

Doctor
The doctor has been given me oramorph for pain under breast bit wary of it but hopefully it will stop the pain not a repeat so hope it does the trick obviously don't want to be dependent I been reading the leaflet I got with the coedine tablets and it says that an enzyme in the body turns it into morphine

Is there any pattern to flare ups?
Today I have been completely floored by pain in every muscle and joint. I can see no pattern at all for these flare ups. I do struggle everyday with pain and fatigue but can usually get by with the help of oramorph. But when this hits I am fit for nothing and cannot get out of bed. I am new to this illness

Any advice would be a great help
I have quite a few illnesses, including trapped nerves in my back and arm and scoliosis. I also have problems with anxiety and depression which I'm on medication for ( sertraline and diazepam) For years my doctor has had me try a lot of different medication for my pain but I can't take anti-inflammatory
