I’m scared of treatment
Venetoclax and Obinutuzumab My Haematologist has suggested that I may need to start treatment with these drugs and Calquence. I’ve been on Watch & Wait since diagnosed in 2014 when WBC count was just above normal range. Now it’s about six times higher than normal range and my red cell count has gone

cataract op for glaucoma
hi. Has anyone had a cataract operation to reduce eye pressure and did it work? I have not been able to use any eye drops for over a year as developed allergy to all. Laser only reduced pressure slightly. Was told optic nerve had deteriorated slightly over 5 years. As I am 75 I thought it would be ok

Hashimotos double vision
Hello everyone. Just wondering if anyone else here has experienced double vision with Hashimoto's ? I have been feeling tired, heavy, low mood, brain fog, memory problems etc. I went to my optician for a routine check up 3 weeks ago and the letters on the chart were swimming around in a way I'd never

Risk Factor
I have Glaucoma in my left eye and last November had a Preserflo MicroShunt inserted. My question is I am considering having Foam Sclerotherapy injections to veins in my leg and wonder if this has any risk factor.

New diagnosis - Full thickness macular hole!
Hello everyone here, I'm new to these pages although I am on the Fibromyalgia pages. There was me, minding my own business and watching TV towards the end of January. When I took off my varifocals and rubbed my right eye. It was then I noticed the on screen face became more of a Picasso. What's more

General Double-Vision/Arteritis Question
I've been having double vision for at least a year, maybe longer. But it's only when I TILT my head (as opposed to looking side to side). My ophthalmologist said the muscles that control my eye movements are not working right (my words, not his), and that one of the causes could be GCA (which

length of time for biopsy results
Hi, had a partial lung lobectomy and lymph node removal, was told biopsy results would be back in 7-10 days. It’s now been 41 days and I’ve heard nothing. When I contact various people I’m just being told this length of timeframe is not uncommon.. this does not sound right to me… Anyone else had to wait

Shortage of Pramipexole 0.18mg? UK
Hi fellow sufferers, can I ask please if anyone else in the UK is finding it impossible to get Pramipexole 0.18mg? I didn’t have a problem until late January. My local pharmacy just tell me they cannot get it. The pharmacy attached to my GP surgery offered to prescribe Ropinerole instead and I

Early AMD and epimacular membrane
Hi, I have been diagnosed with early dry macular degeneration in both eyes but apparently any visual distortion I have (wavy lines etc.,) are due to this membrane rather than AMD at the moment. Other distortion is that the membrane eye sees things larger that the other. Ibeelieve surgery to remove it

kratom issues
my husband started using kratom about 6 months ago because we can’t get cbd where we live. It was working ok but it’s no longer Easy which has been my problem with it from the Start. We will go back to usa in about 6 weeks. Until then his only option is kratom. he can’t use opiods because he’s bipolar

GABA Nutrientsupplement vs Gabapentin and other Prescription Drugs of the same order
I have had RLS for about 6 years. The first medication was Levodopa 100mg as usual. After about 2 years it didn‘t do anything for me anymore. My new medication was Pramipexol 0.088 mg, which for 6 months worked OK. Then continuesly insomnia set in and I was sleeping or better just dosing off for 1-2

Let's talk about human rights. Nature. And why do Abrahamic religions take women's rights in fear ppl are going extinct.
Why are people so concerned about "procreate"? I'm alive and i hate every second of it. We aren't polar bears. Which are really going extinct. Nature has life/death balance. The more births, the more deaths and vice versa. You have seen the baby booms after wars and pandemics. Muslims are more homophobic

But the morning i got back, took a shower, tried to sleep, my hair still wet, worried if i got myself sick, a lot of anxiety. Couldn't
