hi , I am 6 weeks pregnant, went through so much so far , started with no meds enough ( ivf abroad) , bleeding, …. I still have spotting, my doctor told me to start progynova ( estradiol) 2 times a day. I repeated hcg ( 9000 ) and done a scan . I was told I have a Subchorionic hematoma (SCH) next to the sac , the baby is fine , have a heartbeat and measuring just about 6 weeks. They said that the baby position is very low in the womb. They expect that the embryo will implant on the higher part of the womb . Did anyone had this thing when the embryo implanted so low and was ok ? It will go up ? I am confused because I never heard about this .

so sorry for all the stress. My girlfriend baby implanted low and she had some bleeding in de beginning of the pregnancy and was afraid of losing the baby but the pregnancy went above 40 weeks and she had to be induced before the baby was born this was a naturally pregnancy. I hope you have a positive outcome too sending you lots of love and hugs
Hi Marianna, first of all congratulations on your pregnancy. For some reason in IVF it is a bit more likely to have a low lying placenta. I had it with both my pregnancies. I guess that is what you have although it is too early to see properly. I hope your bleeding stops soon and you can relax a little. Good luck and hope everything works out OK x
thank you , I’ve been referred to the early unit on Friday and hopefully they will call me this week and do me another scan . My bleeding did stopped after 3 days but with this cramping is hard not to worry that is coming back or something bad will go the happen 🙈.
