Taking more than 600 mg at gabapentin reduces its effectiveness. I thought you switched to pregabalin. I take 600 mg 2 hours before bedtime, 600 mg 4 hours before bedtime and 300 mg 6 hours before bedtime. I do not waken during the night other than visits to the bathroom and have no symptoms.
Hi Sue , comparing which side effects are most manageable between muscle pain and itchy skin and swollen legs, go to see consultant on 28th March ,but my wife and I Have Covid will test tomorrow to see if clear or will cancel appointment . Had it 2 weeks not nice do not know if it effects medication hard to tell with Parkinson and RLS .
