Who else has purchased Albutrix?
I have been reading Stopping Kidney Disease by Lee Hull. I buy into the very low protein diet but don't really know much about product. Have others used this product long enough to get blood tests verifying the results?

Eat fat to Burn fat?
I've just watched the latest from Low Carb Down Under (I recommend you subscribe) by Maria Emmerich. I'm not the greatest fan of her presentation style but certainly, it's worth a watch. However, one thing that she say's I fully agree with, and it's worth taking on board if you are eating LCHF and struggling

My very first 10-miler!
Hello lovely running fiends š¹ I just realised that it has been a very very long time since I made a post on this site, so I will try not to ramble on too much! I started my HM training in June, in prep for a September half. It's a local one, so not particularly illustrious, but will be a good start

How to replace Peanut butter in new low protein diet
Hello: I am slowly working through Lee Hull's new book. Looking at my nutritional numbers I see I have to replace the peanut butter. Been putting it on my crackers at lunch. Any recommendations for low protein snack? I have room for more carb and a bit of fat.

Dreary weather
Thought I would have a cook in today as the weather is a tad chilly and dreary. Managed to make my low carb (11g per roll) rolls - crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside, and have cooked roasted beetroot and carrot to go with a couple of lamb chops for tonight.

Are You Struggling?
There have been a few posts lately where people are getting a little discouraged and wondering whether LCHF is for them. Well, first of all, the biochemistry is rock solid, and when applied properly the results are there for EVERYONE. Basically, ALL diets have one thing in common - whether low carb

Palpitations - Once NDT started, how long before they might stop? Beta blockers?
I started taking NDT last month and have feeling so much better, I feel like pinching myself every morning! Energy levels improved dramatically, sleep length back to normal, exercise tolerance gradually improving, no more 2 hour afternoon naps needed, acne disappeared for the first time in many years
