Hand sanitiser. Deep Heat back patches. Band Aid Plasters. Heel Balm. Soothing Foot Gel. Ibrupofen Gel. Toe Protectors and wipes for your glasses and then you find your laminated parkrun barcodes in four different bags you’ve packed and realise there’s still hope🙂 Phew! Was worried, but feel better now. Au Revoir for now X

Enjoy France. Unfortunately it’s a bit of a parkrun desert. parkrun hasn’t really taken off over there - the handful of events are where British ex-pats have set it up mainly for tourists to use. A French friend explained that the volunteering model isn’t a good fit culturally.

😂😂😂 Thanks Tbae its going well so far, very strong winds here today, but felt lucky doing the cemeteries as after we’d placed our crosses and done the photographs, without another soul in sight, a Somme Tour coach load pulled up at 3 of the cemeteries each time just as we’d finished Phew!
