Hey everyone. I know that the challenges people have losing weight are massively varied, so this is just a share about one that affected me for a little bit - been on low carb since the beginning of July and all was going well and then beginning of this month I got stuck - nothing coming off. At the same time I started C25K and now on week 3. Thought exercise and the diet would work well together! Well they do, except I forgot that as muscle develops which is denser than fat, meant I wasn’t going to loose anything and maybe even put some on. Glad to say the loss bit has started again and the milestone for me today was losing a stone! Feeling great. Never loose heart!
