Just popped over from NHS weigh in day to tell you I’m feeling the ‘fasting and fabulous’ effect.
Weigh in has brought me 4 pounds down this week, 4 days of OMAD and 3 of 16:8 have kick started the loss and got me back to one stone down from starting place in Feb.
Very happy.
I’m off to Greece for almost a fortnight next Sunday so I’m going to continue with a mixed plan this week and try to stick to my LCHF and IF plan while away but will allow occasional treats, as that is important to me on holiday!

Haha! I’m safely into my mid 40s - will have to call it late 40s in September when I turn 47... at the age now when hormones and looming menopause will cause ructions!
I have had other medical issues in the past which means I can put on weight easily ( used to have under active thyroid) so if I let loose I’ll undo all the good work!!
