Off topic- Gluten Free favourites
https://www.sbs.com.au/food/recipes/breakfast-bread Off topic but I wondered if anyone has any favourite gf products that make going gf that much easier? For me, the breakfast bread (see link) is a saviour. To make it easier, I change the ground flaxseed to buckwheat flour, the coconut oil to olive

‼️Warning‼️ Sensitive post alert - UPDATE on beta hcg results at bottom of post 10/12/18
Today is otd! It’s a bfp. I barely slept even though I’ve been testing since 6dp! I’m actually quite pleased with the darkness of the line on the clinic test as they’ve been a bit lighter than this on otd previously. I’ve called the clinic about going in for bloods for further reassurance and I’m waiting

Ankles swelling - drink, but take a diuretic?
My ankles have been swelling for a while. Different doctors tell me its from different causes. My cardiologist tells me to take a water pill and I'm in the bathroom every 20 minutes for at least five hours. My internist tells me to drink. Doesn't one cancel the other? The more I drink, the more

watched an interesting programme with dr mosely about food/diet which not only lost weight but had major impact on sugars and cholesterol
mosely was looking into diets some extreme like fasting which brought all those levels down but was very hard to keep up then he tried the 5/2 regime which he as stuck to and the results were very good so its five days normal 2 days fasting but not total fasting https://thebloodsugardiet.com/the-52-
