Indapamide - Does peeing more than normal settle down?

I've recently been prescribed the diuretic Indapamide (1.5mg).

A cardiologist suggested that the effects of peeing more than normal can tend to settle down after about a month. Has anyone found that to be the case for them?

I cycle between 30 and 50 miles, 5 mornings a week , so the inconvenience of extra pee stops might be a bit of a problem ;-) .

Thanks for any feedback you can give... :-)

cycle --- the reason for the diuretic is to increase the amount of times and volume of urine a person passes from the body i find one gets used to it after a while but then i dont cycle best of luck ed

I think you will find that after a month you will pee less especially if reduce your fluids before going our. I just drink a half cup instead of a full one. I don`t notice any in crease now.

It did for me CycleMonster. I've been on it for some years now. The first few weeks I peed like a horse first thing in the morning, but didn't particularly suffer from frequent urination. But in any case, after about 3 weeks, everything was back to normal.
