Hi everyone, I've been having trouble with my penis now for almost 18 months. It started during sexual intercourse with my wife of 20 years. Basically I'm cutting around my foreskin and can't retract it now. Doctor prescribed fucibet cream I think but no long term success can anyone help as I'm not sexually

Sub Optimal cortisone levels
Looking for some advice please. I hav Ebert taking prednisone for 2 years for PMR. I successfully tapered down slowly to the 5 mg that I am on now. Two synacthen tests have shown that I have sub optimal cortisone levels. I was prescribed hydrocortisone to replace the prednisone but put myself back on

Red swollen eyes - linked to underactive thyroid?
Hi all! I was diagnosed six weeks ago with an underactive thyroid and my levels are now normal sitting at 1.3. Six weeks ago it was 8.99. But for two months now I’ve had an on going problem with my eyes, they go red and puffy and swollen and dry underneath, just the skin, not the eye itself. The doctor

I suffer with hypopituitarism which was originally picked up when I went to a lipid clinic. I take 20mg hydrocortisone and 75mcg of thyroxine daily along with 5mg growth hormone and am also on hrt. I thought this would all help with my cholesterol but if anything it has got worse! I am also waiting

ACTH numbers?
I would like to know what the collective levels of ACTH are . When I first started seeing my endocrinologist my numbers were 103,193,196. This when I started my daily hydrocortisone regimen . I take 20mg right when I rise and then 10mg @ 1. The lowest I was able to get my ACTH was 28 once. Now I am

What to do?
After being in hospital,- Palliative Care for weeks, B is now in a wonderful nursing home. Twice, he has struggled to keep going, once, my son and I stayed overnight, as we thought he would not survive until the morning. The care and nursing that he received pulled B. through. He did want to come home

Depletions of Vitamins and Minerals by Medication
Can anyone point me in the right direction of depletion of Vitamins and minerals by medication. I think there was some government guidance on giving B12 and Vitamins D3, but don't know where to look. My special needs son is low in a few vitamins and I have been supplementing, but this would be better

Tips/advice
Is it useful if we pool our shared experiences on how to minimise symptoms into one tread? My ‘tips’ would be (and no science here!)
