Can Abiraterone/Zytiga cause low blood sugar?
I’m diabetic and use an insulin pump. I’m on Abiraterone for about 5 months now, with hydrocortisone 10 mg per day to control Abiraterone side effects during PC treatment. Also took about 9 months Firmagon shots, but just switched to Lupron to preserve belly area for pump insulin insertion ports or continuous

I went to a new dr and she prescribed me clotrimazole and has helped a lot actually. It took away the burn I had in the glans in about 5 days and the redness after

Treatment end
So yesterday was advised that scan shows progression in the lung and a liver met. Treatment is not helping so discontinued. Carry on now with palliative care. In some ways I’m relieved but also feeling a bit lost.

Struggling to be positive
At home with Stage 4 NSCLC with brain mets. Palliative care only. At first I was ok just trying to make the most of each day but finding it harder and harder to do this. Thinking about how long I’ve got , how fast I’ll deteriorate and how death will be Don’t know how to lift myself out of this

Nearing the end
This picture was just one month ago when Joe went to Vienna for cell balancing treatment and he looked AMAZING so it’s hard to believe just a month later- here we are. Strange white shiny, scaley, patch on penis head?
Please help does anyone have any idea what this could be? I have had it for a few months now & it doesn’t hurt, itch or anything like that but it’s driving me crazy just knowing that it’s there... Sometimes it can look quite faded so you can’t see it as much but then other times especially in the morning

I have just been switched over to hydrocortisone from Prednisolone My surgery told me that they come in 10mgs, so I will have to cut some in half to get 5mgs, I have been given a proper pill cutter, and using it as prescribed, but already I have wasted 2 tablets due to them crumbling, so have

Short of breath again
I was recently in hospital for 5 days, very short of breath on admission. For the last few days, I've been short of breath again. One of our GPs came out to see me at home on Friday, & diagnosed a chest infection & prescribed antibiotics. I'm feeling fed up with being short of breath, feeling discouraged

TMEPgirl looking for management advice
First time posting on this site. I was diagnosed with TMEP in 2012. Main symptoms are the rash on my legs and torso. I was prescribed antihistamines and hydrocortisone cream, and advised to avoid high histamine / histamine liberating substances where possible. I'm not sure either have made much
