Please help does anyone have any idea what this could be? I have had it for a few months now & it doesn’t hurt, itch or anything like that but it’s driving me crazy just knowing that it’s there... Sometimes it can look quite faded so you can’t see it as much but then other times especially in the morning after having a shower the night before it really stands out like a bright luminous white! It’s just crazy as one minute it can look like it’s nearly disappearing & then overnight it can just come back with a vengeance! Also occasionally now & then some of the white patch does tend to peel off but then it just seems to grow back...
I have tried washing my penis with just water for the past few weeks avoiding soap/shower gels & I have tried using E45 cream all of which hasn’t helped...

Hi, for the record, you are breaking the rules of this site by posting your picture, however I would strongly recommend you to go and see a dermatologist, not a urologist, ideally with experience of penile skin diseases. If needs be, see them privately for the initial discussion and diagnosis to get matters moving.
I think it would be best if a professional check you over but there is a possibility you have lichen sclerosis. It is treatable with strong topical steroids which require a prescription and supervision for use.
Until you can see a dermatologist, continue to avoid using soap and use an emollient wash, such as e45 wash cream, a barrier moisturiser such as epaderm and shake and wipe your penis dry after urinating ensuring that no urine remains in contact with the glans/foreskin. Also, if you are experiencing any tightening or tearing of the skin, abstain from sex or masturbation, or do it very gentle, to avoid creating any micro scarring.
Hi I would agree with Nicktermayne this would need to be checked out with your doctor and possibly a specialist as it does sound like LS. I know It can drive you crazy I urge you to get checked you will feel better about it afterwards even if you need treatment at least you will know. Good luck
