I am not able to stick to LCHF diet, At the same time, I don’t want to take insulin and tablets to bring down my T2 sugar levels. Is Stem Cell Therapy address my problem?

Stem Cell Therapy
There is absolutely nothing that will "cure" T2D because it isn't exactly a disease - there is nothing wrong with your body, so there's nothing that can be fixed with stem cell therapy or any other therapy.
Although there are some genetic factors (some people are more prone to it than others) poor diet is the "necessary and sufficient" cause of T2D. Stop eating that diet and the problem will recede.
Why do you think you have trouble sticking to LCHF? I've noticed that there are a few common reasons for people "falling off the wagon":
- Not eating enough
- Not eating enough fat
- Not eating proper meals (ie., eating their previous bad diet, except with all the carbs removed)
- Not doing a proper "keto" phase before transitioning to LCHF
- Having "cheat meals" (ie., eating low-carb for three days and then eating a big plate of rice).
When people get it right, it's normally very easy to stick to because your body starts to recognise it as "healthy" and quickly adapts to it. You start wanting low-carb food in preference to stuff that makes you ill.
stem cell therapy is used where there is a specific genetic variant known to cause a particular disease and having the gene is the only factor determining whether or not you develop the disease.None of these genetic characteristics apply to type 2 diabetes. Whist there does seem to be genetic component, no specific genetic variants have been determined and ones that are involved seem to be activated by other factors such as diet.
