Online cardiac physio

Can anyone recommend an online cardiac physio?

I had a bit of rehab after my heart attack last year but it went v quiet after a few weeks.

The main advice was for walking at a certain pace for 30 mins a day.

I did (pretty heavy) weightlifting and cycling for many years prior to the HA and would dearly love to do these again, and would like to do this in partnership with a professional that knows what they're talking about.

Perhaps I'm a bit useless at googling but I can't find much that is helpful online.

Many thanks in advance.

I did mine with my mhealth, all online with a weekly phone call from a physiotherapist to discuss my weeks activities, heart rates and feelings when exercising.

I checked them out - it looks like a good service. Thanks!

It was organised for me by my local care trust, it was physio's from the care trust who made the weekly phone calls to me.
