I just found out the cause of my autoimmune chronic pancreatitis and it’s not good. I have Sjögren’s syndrome.
I shared how taking
cranberry
extract
can help because it’s a powerful anti-inflammatory.? They suggest you take ibuprofen with Sjogren’s and I can’t so I take it due to bleeding issues so I take

and it works somewhat for the inflammation and I’m not as tired.

Ant-inflammatory
My primary care doctor suggested
cranberry
extract
for the UTI’s, so I took 2 a day as suggested. I noticed my pancreatitis symptoms were improving. I read up on it and it’s a powerful anti-inflammatory.

Mortar and Pestle time - Ginkgo update
I was startled to wake up the other day and my mild tinnitus wasn't there. In the eleven months since I've had it, that hasn't happened before. I was left 'feeling alone' if you can imagine that. A brief recap. I've had limited success with Ginkgo and when the lower dose tablet became unavailable I

Brain Fog help beyond Ginko Biloba
Hello - So 10 years before I got into HT I used ginko because it seemed to keep me a bit sharper and I think it has helped a bit over this past year on HT, but I do feel the fog coming up a bit. Does anyone else have success with another supplement?

Mortar and Pestle time - An observation
In my kitchen yesterday. I measured out the crushed tablet. 62mg, which comprises 30mg Ginkgo and 32mg binding agent. I had been tipping the tiny bits into a glass of water and swallowing. 3 of this on dose day. Instead, I chewed those tiny bits. I am now accustomed to a slight rise in tinnitus intensity

Advice
Hi All, I have hearing loss in both ears and have tinnitus all the time. This is a difficult challenge for us all. The doctors just put you on betahistine or amitriptyline or alprazolam or any anti depressants they say it helps reduce tinnitus or improve blood flow to inner ear. This is the same

what supplements do you take for your glaucoma?
just thought a thread on this might be useful. I was taking vitamin b3 3000mg per day, and noticed improvement until I ended up in hospital. Ginkgo bilboa is another I’ve heard to be beneficial.

Ginkgo - possible adverse side effect: Nervous anxiety
It's me again. On about Ginkgo as usual... Having taken Ginkgo for over 6 months, and having planned relief from Tinnitus by doing so, I may have experienced a side effect. Recent bouts of nervous anxiety. This is not the kind of anxiety you might experience in a dentist waiting room. No, this is

Back to life thanks to this forum! GP Next steps though - further levo increase?
You've been so helpful. Your collective knowledge has led to a diagnosis of (ords) hashimotos, my levo being upped to 75mg and I'm pain free for the first time in 5 YEARS! Thank you. I feel alive again. I armed myself with printed NICE guidelines and facts/ research and GP didn't resist this time and

Gingko Biloba - Supplement Advice
Hello everyone, I'm reaching out for advice on using Ginkgo Biloba to combat brain fog. My previous experience with the Amitamin Ginkgo complex yielded promising results in boosting mental clarity. However, I've noticed it contains iodine (150ug), which I'd rather steer clear of. With that in mind

apixiban and tumeric
I stopped taking tumeric and related supplements when I started taking apixiban on advice of Anti-Coagulation clinic. As a result of stopping tumeric, i got really bad joint pains over past four years. Is there really a possibility that I can actually take tumeric while taking apixiban? I do

Ginkgo - there's a problem with research
Spurred on by a report in the Newscientist mentioned on this site (which I haven't read but others have) I have this to say about research into Ginkgo... There have been many trails conducted. But they all seem to have one thing in common. The participants are given it on a 7 /52 frequency. Time after
