I currently take tumeric and black pepper casuals from nutrition geeks which I have found really helpful for aching/stiff joints. They have recently launched their Collagen Powder which I would also like to try but I’m wondering if it’s safe to do so while taking Levo? I would space it out and not take it at the same time but if the ingredients are going to cause any interactions then I won’t take it. Pic below of what it contains any advice would be really welcome thank you

In my opinion, there's no risk of interaction, but perhaps there is if you take collagen peptide powder, which isn't organic.
But why not take Levothyrox in the morning on an empty stomach, as my doctor advises? That would answer the question. Obviously, for me it's easy as I practice intermittent fasting and don't eat my first meal until midday (I've just discovered I'm hypothyroid and am in the process of testing a T4/T3 supplement). But almost everyone should practice intermittent fasting
As for collagen, I've been interested in it for about 2 years. I'm wary of collagen peptide powders whose origin is not easy to control. The best would be to find organic ones. However, the manufacture of these products is the result of a relatively complex process involving various chemicals...
For the moment, my choice would be glycine, a semi-essential amino acid and the main component of collagen (in fact, you could say it's essential for people over a certain age, probably relatively young). It's a simple amino acid, easy to synthesize and therefore inexpensive (2 euro cents a gram). But I'm also wondering whether gelatin isn't even more interesting (organic, of course), as it's closer to what you'd find naturally, in chicken skin and bone broth, for example, which contains amino acids other than glycine (proline, etc.). That's not what I do, because I hardly ever eat meat (and never at home).
